Ingredients
450 g | Butter |
½ cup | Sugar |
½ tsp | Vanilla essence/extract |
4 Tbsp | Cocoa powder (Main) |
2 handfuls | Figs, soaked in brandy (Main) |
3 handfuls | Shredded coconut |
4 | Eggs, mixed |
2 packets | Vanilla wine biscuits |
Directions
- Melt butter in a pot. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add vanilla, cocoa, figs, coconut, and eggs. Cook together in pot for 2 mins stirring constantly. Take off the heat and add 2 packets of crushed Vanilla Wine biscuits.
- Mix and press into a slice tin. If the mix is too wet add more coconut.
- Set in the fridge and ice with rich chocolate icing.
