A simple roast kumara dish - the use of manuka honey adds a lovely flavour to the caramelisation.
Ingredients
2 | Oranges, (juice and zest of) |
4 | Orange kumara, peeled and sliced (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Butter, softened |
2 Tbsp | Manuka honey |
Directions
- Preheat oven 200C.
- Toss kumara with butter, juice, zest and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 30 minutes, gently turning once.
