Ingredients
255 ml | Greek yoghurt |
350 ml | Trim milk |
200 g | Mangoes, pulp (Main) |
20 g | Caster sugar |
½ tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Cardamom seeds, toasted and ground |
2 | Limes, zested and juiced |
1 cup | Ice cubes, smashed (a mortar and pestle is good for this) |
Directions
- Prepare 1 cup smashed ice cubes.
- Place all ingredients with the ice in a liquidiser and blend for four minutes.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
