This recipes adds a bit of a twist to standard butter. It goes well with fresh, crusty bread.
Ingredients
50 g | Butter, softened (Main) |
½ tsp | Salt |
1 clove | Crushed garlic |
2 tsp | Lemon juice |
2 Tbsp | Flat leaf (Italian) parsley, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | Tabasco sauce |
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients by working together with your hands.
- Lay a sheet of foil on a bench, cover with a sheet of baking paper and then the butter. Roll up to form a log, twist each end and either freeze to use at a later date or slice off a portion using a hot knife to use immediately.
