Ingredients
1 | Lemon, washed, cut into eighths - pips, skin and all (Main) |
1 cup | Grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed, or use orange juice (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed |
Directions
- In a blender, blitz lemon with grapefruit or orange juice and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil until smooth. Pass through a sieve and chill. Drink a large shot daily, and feel good!
