Ingredients
3 | Lemons, freshly juiced, or 2 grapefruit freshly juiced (Main) |
1 cup | Water |
50 g | Fresh ginger, up to 75g, thinly sliced |
1 splash | Brandy, to serve |
2 tsp | Honey, use good honey |
Directions
- Heat the lemon or grapefruit juice, water and ginger until simmering (3-5 minutes), remove from heat and leave to brew.
- To serve add a shot of brandy to a tea cup, fill with the strained hot brew and stir in a teaspoon or two of good honey.
