Lamb roast with mint and boysenberry oatmeal crust

Ingredients

2	Silere merino lamb (Main)
1 cup	Rolled oats
1 handful	Fresh mint
½ cup	Boysenberry jam
3 Tbsp	Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven fan bake 190 Celsius Mix all crust ingredients...rub on top of lamb...put in oven. Bake hour until done to your liking.
