Ingredients
| 1 | Onion, chopped |
| 600 g | Lamb mince |
| 2 | Garlic cloves, chopped |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 tsp | Cumin |
| 1 tsp | Paprika |
| ¼ cup | Parsley, chopped |
| ¼ cup | Mint, chopped |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| 1 Tbsp | Oil, for cooking |
Directions
- In a large bowl place the mince, onion, garlic, egg, cumin, paprika, parsley, mint, salt and pepper. Combine well.
- Shape into patties and refrigerate until ready to cook.
- Heat the oil on a barbecue or in a frying pan to a medium heat and cook the patties for 3 or 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with a selection of lettuce, beetroot, tomatoes and pickles.
