Ingredients
4 | Kiwifruit, green, peeled and diced (Main) |
4 | Golden kiwifruit, peeled and diced (Main) |
1 | Garlic clove, crushed |
1 | Chilli, finely diced |
1 | Lemon, juice only, or use lime juice |
¼ | Red onions, finely diced |
1 small handful | Fresh coriander |
Directions
- Place kiwifruit, peeled and diced, garlic clove, chilli, lemon juice and red onion in a mixing bowl and gently combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle coriander over the top just before serving.
