Directions
- Make a dressing by combining the juices of 1 lemon and 1/2 a grapefruit, 1 Tbsp soy sauce and 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a jar. Shake well and chill.
- With a sharp knife, cut some very fresh kingfish across the grain into thin slices. Arrange on a platter with a slither of green chili and a coriander leaf on each piece. Drizzle with dressing and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Serve as a starter.
