This delicious soup is Simon’s take on a quick cup of soup.
Ingredients
1 Ltr | Chicken stock |
10 | Prawn cutlets (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Seasoning, Simon Gault Spice it Up Indian seasoning, more to taste |
125 g | Dried vermicelli noodles (Main) |
1 bunch | Coriander |
Directions
- Bring the chicken stock to the boil in a medium-sized pot.
- Add the prawns and Indian seasoning, return to the boil and simmer gently for 1 minute.
- Add the noodles and simmer gently for a further 3 minutes. Remove from heat and mix through the coriander. Season with salt and pepper and serve
