Ingredients
8 slices | Ham, Iberico (available at Sabato) (Main) |
200 g | Manchego cheese (Main) |
24 leaves | Basil, 6 per plate |
4 tsp | Capers, 1 tsp per plate |
1 to drizzle | Extra virgin olive oil |
Directions
- Bring the ham and cheese to room temperature. Arrange the slices of ham on each plate. Slice the cheese thinly and arrange.
- Layer the basil leaves and capers on each plate and drizzle with a little olive oil.
