Ingredients
1 large handful | Fresh mint (Main) |
1 small knob | Fresh ginger, grated |
½ | Grapefruit, or orange, zested and juiced |
1 Tbsp | Cider vinegar |
¾ cup | Guava jelly, or use quince jelly (Main) |
Directions
- Blitz mint, grated ginger, grapefruit or orange zest and juice and cider vinegar until smooth. Whisk through guava or quince jelly.
