Ingredients
| ½ cup | Cream |
| 150 g | Valrhona chocolate, (or other good quality dark chocolate) (Main) |
| 2 cups | Whole milk |
| 1 stalk | Cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | Dried chilli |
| 1 tsp | Nutmeg, (freshly grated) |
Directions
- Roughly chop the chocolate and put in a saucepan with the other ingredients and heat gently while stirring.
- When the chocolate has melted, remove the cinnamon stick and pour into small cups.
