Replace your Nutella cravings for this healthy version. It isn't as sweet as your usual Nutella, but in my opinion it is equally tasty, and also guilt free!
Ingredients
2 cups | Hazelnuts (Main) |
¼ cup | Cocoa powder |
2 tsp | Vanilla essence |
¼ tsp | Salt |
1 ½ cups | Almond milk |
6 Tbsp | Honey |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Roast the hazelnuts for 10-12 minutes, then use a towel to rub the skin off.
- Blend in a food blender until it turns into hazelnut butter (10-12 minutes).
- Add other ingredients and blend more until its smooth and creamy.
- Store in an airtight container or a jar in the fridge.
