Ingredients
8 slices | Rye bread |
2 | Dill pickles (Main) |
12 slices | Smoked ham (Main) |
Coleslaw
2 | Carrots, thinly sliced |
2 stalks | Celery |
2 | Spring onions, thinly sliced |
1 Tbsp | Dijon mustard |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
Directions
- To make the coleslaw, place the celery, carrot and spring onion in a bowl with the mayonnaise and mustard and toss well to combine.
- Top half of the bread slices with the dill pickles, ham and coleslaw and sandwich with the remaining bread.
Pantry note
Dill pickles are pickled baby cucumbers, you can buy them in the condiment aisle of your supermarket or at delicatessens.
