Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Canola oil |
3 | Ham steaks, about 400g (Main) |
1 | Onion, sliced |
1 | Carrot, diced |
225 g | Pineapples, canned, drained (Main) |
1 | Green pepper, julienned |
145 g | Sweet and sour sauce mix, Asian style (Main) |
Directions
- Cut ham into 2.5cm cubes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry onion and carrot, until onion is softened.
- Add ham, pineapple and green pepper and stir-fry for one-to two minutes.
- Add sweet-and-sour mix and heat through.
- Serve with rice.
