Warren Elwin has taken liberties, twisting the gremolata idea to create toppings to add a healthy zing and maybe a bit of crunch to almost anything.
Ingredients
1 handful | Fresh coriander, finely chopped |
1 to taste | Chilli, finely minced or pickled |
1 | Lime, freshly zested |
5 | Olives, finely chopped, optional |
½ | Red onions, finely chopped, optional |
Directions
- Mix the coriander and with chillies and lime zest. Optionally add olives and red onion.
- Serve with fish tacos, cheese enchiladas, or liven up mince dishes, scrambled eggs, and pizza just before serving.
