Warren Elwin has taken liberties, twisting the gremolata idea to create toppings to add a healthy zing and maybe a bit of crunch to almost anything.
Ingredients
1 handful | Fresh parsley, finely chopped (Main) |
1 clove | Garlic |
1 | Lemon, freshly zested |
Directions
- Mix parsley, garlic and lemon zest together.
- Sprinkle over osso buco and stews and braises just before serving. For lamb dishes try adding chopped fresh mint to the mix, or for venison, chopped dried cranberries.
