Halloween doesn’t have to be all about sugar. We love creating ghoulish savoury snacks as well. This graveyard bean dip is yummy and you can cut the tortillas into any scary shape you like. Alternatively, celery or carrot shapes make this snack a little healthier.
Cut the tortillas into graveyard and bat shapes — and any other scary shapes you can think of. Lie the shape flat on a baking tray and grill on high for 5 minutes or until crispy.
To make the salsa, combine the tomatoes, red onion, coriander, garlic and season to taste.
To make the guacamole, combine all the ingredients and season to taste. Do the same for the bean dip.
Get a small jar and layer the bean dip, followed by some of the grated cheese. Melt the cheese in the oven or microwave and add the next layer, salsa, followed by a layer of guacamole, then sour cream.
Add your tombstone tortilla chips and serve with a bowl on the side to dip with.
