Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Fresh rosemary, finely chopped |
3 tsp | Cumin seeds |
150 g | Goat feta (Main) |
120 g | Butter, softened |
½ tsp | Salt |
170 g | Plain flour |
Directions
- Put the rosemary into the bowl of a food processor. Lightly toast the cumin seeds in a hot pan for a minute then add to the rosemary.
- Crumble the feta and add to the food processor with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until the ingredients have just combined.
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Line or grease baking trays. Roll the dough on a floured board or bench. Cut into desired size using a cutter or glass. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
