Ingredients
| ¼ cup | Sour cream |
| ¼ cup | Dill, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp | Capers |
| 8 | Bruschetta |
| ½ cup | Gherkins, sliced |
| 200 g | Smoked salmon |
| 1 to garnish | Rocket leaves |
| 1 | Lemon, to squeeze on top |
| 1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
Directions
- In a small bowl mix sour cream, capers and chopped dill.
- Spread mixture on bruschetta, and then cover with sliced gherkins.
- Flake salmon on top, add some rocket leaves, a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper.
