Ingredients
2 Tbsp | Vegetable oil |
1 kg | Raw prawn, medium size, peeled with tails intact (Main) |
1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
3 | Garlic cloves, crushed |
50 g | Butter |
¼ cup | Flat leaf (Italian) parsley, chopped |
2 to serve | Lemons, cut into wedges |
Directions
- Heat a barbecue to high. Place the prawns, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl and toss to combine.
- Barbecue for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
- Place in a bowl with the butter and parsley leaves and toss to coat. Serve with lemon wedges.
Tip: You can also skewer the prawns on to skewers before barbecuing. If using wooden or bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes to prevent them from burning. To serve, brush with melted butter and sprinkle over the parsley.
