Ingredients
15 ml | Vodka |
1 Tbsp | Ginger syrup, I used New Zealand-made Six Barrel Soda Co |
5 | Raspberries, fresh or frozen |
1 Tbsp | Fresh mint, roughly chopped, plus extra for garnish |
1 squeeze | Lime, plus a slice to garnish |
1 serving | Sparkling rose, or other sparkling wine (Main) |
1 sprig | Fresh lavender, or other flowers from your garden, to garnish |
Directions
- Into a champagne flute add the vodka, ginger syrup, raspberries, mint and squeeze of lime. Give it a gentle muddle with the thin handle-end of a wooden spoon.
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with more fresh mint, a slice of lime and some fresh flowers.
