Ingredients
150 g | Field mushrooms, small, sliced |
150 g | Gorgonzola, crumbled |
3 sprigs | Fresh thyme |
1 | Pizza base, or 1/2 batch of dough |
Directions
- Prepare pizza dough (enough for 1 pizza), by rolling thinly into a large circle, and placing on a baking tray.
- Scatter pizza base with mushrooms, crumbled gorgonzola and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 220C for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crisp. Slice to serve.
