1 slice | Pineapple, use a thick slice (Main) |
1 | Grapefruit (Main) |
1 | Mango (Main) |
1 sprinkle | Lemon zest |
4 squares | Dark chocolate |
Directions
- Slice banana, pineapple, grapefruit and mango into bite-sized chunks. Season with a hint of fresh pepper and citrus zest.
- Pile on to 2 sheets of foil lined with baking paper. Arrange chocolate among the fruit and wrap tightly in the baking paper, then fold the foil into parcels. Heat over a low barbecue for 5-10 minutes, until chocolate is melted.
