A great accompaniment to glazed ham.
Ingredients
1 piece | Fresh ginger, large, grated |
1 | Lime, zest and juice |
1 | Green chilli, finely chopped |
1 serving | Fresh pineapple wedges, peaches and watermelon, diced (Main) |
1 handful | Chopped fresh herbs, such as chervil or basil |
Directions
- Squeeze juice from grated ginger into a bowl.
- Add the zest and juice of the lime, chilli, some diced fruit and herbs and season with a little salt and pepper.
