Vinaigrette
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 250 ml | Olive oil |
| ½ cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| ½ tsp | Brown sugar |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
Ingredients
| 4 | Fresh figs, sliced (Main) |
| 8 slices | Ham, Black Forest if available or parma (Main) |
| ½ cup | Walnuts, lightly toasted |
| 200 g | Blue cheese |
| 3 cups | Salad leaves, including radicchio |
| 1 loaf | Bread, to serve |
Directions
- To make the vinaigrette - whisk the ingredients together, add freshly ground black pepper and and check for seasoning. Store in an airtight jar until ready to use.
- Arrange sliced figs on a platter with the ham, greens, walnuts and blue cheese.
- Drizzle with the red wine vinaigrette and serve with crusty bread.
