Try this recipe this morning - you might need it. A good hangover soother, the name of this sandwich is taken from the French words croquer ("to crunch") and monsieur ("mister"). And for the ladies, a Croque Monsieur topped with a fried or poached egg is called a Croque Madame.
Ingredients
1 | Mustard, grain style |
1 | Mayonnaise |
6 | Toast bread slices |
1 | Tasty cheese |
1 | Ham (Main) |
