Ingredients
3 Tbsp | Hoisin sauce |
150 g | Noodles, wide rice stick |
3 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
500 g | Rump steak, sliced into 5mm strips (Main) |
1 tsp | Chinese five spice (Main) |
2 tsp | Canola oil |
2 cloves | Crushed garlic |
1 tsp | Fresh ginger, finely grated |
1 cup | Broccoli, florets |
Directions
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
- In a bowl combine hoisin and soy sauces, five-spice and steak.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 15 seconds.
- Stir in the beef in batches, cooking for about three minutes.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for two minutes. Add drained noodles.
