Figs bring a delightful elegance to today’s salad, with its sophisticated mix of ingredients that don’t require too much fuss. 4 cups | Salad greens |
8 slices | Prosciutto (Main) |
8 | Figs, ripe, sliced (Main) |
200 g | Mozzarella cheese (Main) |
½ cup | Roasted hazelnuts |
¼ cup | Hazelnut oil |
2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 tsp | Runny honey |
Directions
- Spread salad greens on a platter. Twist and fold the prosciutto. Add the sliced figs and torn-up mozzarella, and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- In a small jug mix oil, lemon juice and honey. Splash over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
