1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
8 | Field mushrooms, (large) (Main) |
1 | Buffalo mozzarella |
1 to serve | Rocket leaves |
1 | Smoked kelp, (seasoning) |
1 to serve | Chervil |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C. Drain the mozzarella and leave to reach room temperature.
- Lay the mushrooms in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle over the seasoning and bake for 20 minutes.
- Slice or tear the mozzarella. Plate the hot mushrooms alternating with the mozzarella and top with some rocket leaves and chervil.
- Eat immediately while the mushrooms are hot enough to warm the mozzarella.
