Ingredients
¼ | Red cabbages, shredded |
3 | Oranges, segments separated (Main) |
¼ | Green cabbage, shredded |
1 | Fennel, bulb, finely shaved |
1 | Carrot, grated |
1 | Spring onion, thinly sliced |
2 Tbsp | Toasted sesame seeds |
2 Tbsp | Parsley, chopped |
Dressing
2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
1 Tbsp | White vinegar |
Directions
- Combine the oranges, cabbages, fennel, carrot, spring onion, sesame seeds and parsley in a large bowl.
- Place all of the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake to mix.
- Season the coleslaw and add the dressing a few minutes before serving.
