This is a quick & simple recipe that produces light & fluffy scones every time.
Ingredients
4 cups | Self raising flour |
300 ml | Cream |
300 ml | Lemonade (Main) |
¼ tsp | Salt |
Directions
- Sift flour & salt in a large bowl.
- Add cream & lemonade & lightly mix to a soft dough.
- Bake at 220C for 10-12 minutes.
- For cheese, sultana or data scones, add 1 cup grated cheese, 1/4-1/2 c sultanas or dates etc to your liking.
