A bottle of Addmore elderflower cordial and a late-fruiting lemon tree found us making these cocktails for our sober drivers at Christmas. They were so good we've been making them regularly since then, with the addition of alcohol when required.
Ingredients
| 25 ml | Cordial, Addmore elderflower (Main) |
| 25 ml | Lemon juice |
| 50 ml | Vodka, or gin (optional) |
| 1 bottle | Soda water |
| 1 | Lemon, sliced to garnish |

Directions
- Put lots of ice into a tall glass, add elderflower cordial, lemon juice and vodka or gin if you are using it, and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
