Ingredients
1 pinch | Saffron |
1 Tbsp | Mint leaves, fresh, chiffonade, plus some extra for garnish |
1 tub | Vanilla ice cream, softened (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Rose syrup |
1 tsp | Ground cardamom |
¼ cup | Pistachio nuts, chopped, plus some extra to garnish |
1 handful | Rose petals, to garnish |
Directions
- Add the saffron to 2 Tbsp of warm water and leave for a few minutes.
- Mix together all of the ingredients, except the rose petals and the mint and pistachio nuts that will be used for garnish.
- Place back in to the container and freeze for an hour or until set.
- Scoop the icecream and garnish with the mint, pistachio and rose petals to serve.
