This recipe is so quick and easy. I pull a piece of salmon from the freezer and line a dish with baking paper. I then make a marinade and pour this over. Salmon thaws very quickly. So it is ready to bake very quickly.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Rice bran oil |
1 Tbsp | Honey |
1 Tbsp | Wholegrain mustard |
4 slices | Lemons |
1 sprig | Dill |
1 | Side of salmon, frozen (Main) |
Directions
- Mix the oil, honey and mustard together and pour over frozen salmon.
- Place lemon slices and dill over salmon. Leave to thraw about 30 min to 1 hour depending on the size of salmon.
- Bake in pre heated oven @ 200C for around 10 to 15 minutes.
