These free-form snacks will make as much as you buy. Generally, add a similar amount of the savoury to the sweet for balance.
Directions
- Choose a mix of your favourite dried fruits and berries (eg: banana, pineapple, apricots, peaches, mango, cherries, cranberries and Inca berries) and cut them into even-sized pieces.
- To balance the sweet, add some sliced sundried tomatoes and toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
- Toss together well and store in small jars for kids' lunches or work snacks. Makes as much as you want.
