Ingredients
2 cups | Blueberries, New Zealand sourced, fresh or frozen (thawed) (Main) |
½ | Onions, medium, diced |
1 | Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (add more to taste) |
3 Tbsp | Parsley, or coriander, chopped |
1 | Red pepper, medium, diced |
¼ cup | Lime juice, or lemon juice |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 pinch | Cinnamon |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, folding in blueberries last.
- Refrigerate one hour or more to blend flavours.
- Serve with baked pita chips or use as a relish with seafood, meat or poultry dishes.
