A beautiful Thai flavour for an awesome Kiwi Sunday snack with the boys (& girls) and a few drinks
Ingredients
2 | Garlic cloves, Minced |
1 Tbsp | Fish sauce |
1 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
1 tsp | Soy sauce |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
500 g | Beef mince (Main) |
Dipping sauce
½ cup | Coconut milk, Well shaken |
1 tsp | Thai red curry paste |
2 tsp | Lime juice |
2 tsp | Fish sauce |
3 tsp | Brown sugar |
1 tsp | Soy sauce |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
Directions
- Shake together all dipping sauce ingredients. Until curry paste is completely dissolved. Set aside. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celcius.
- In a large bowl, mix together all Meatball ingredients except the beef. Mix until curry paste is completely dissolved. Add the beef mince and mix until completely combined.
- Carefully Shallow fry the meatballs to sear the outside, then chuck it in the oven until cooked through (or just fry long enough to cook using a lower heat), Serve with the dipping sauce and ENJOY!
