Our family make it every year as part of our X-mas brunch
Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Butter |
1 Tbsp | Standard flour |
1 Tbsp | Mild curry powder |
1 ½ cups | Milk |
1 small | Crayfish, Cooked and diced (Main) |
Directions
- Melt butter, add curry powder and cook for 1 minute. Add flour and whisk over heat. Add milk and cook until thick. Add chopped crayfish and heat through. Serve with cooked white rice.
