This makes a light meal that's ideal for a warm evening. Use trim pork as it's leaner than regular pork mince. For something a bit more substantial, stir through hot noodles.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
500 g | Pork mince (Main) |
1 tsp | Fish sauce |
1 tsp | Honey |
1 | Lime, for juice |
1 handful | Fresh coriander |
1 handful | Bean sprouts |
1 handful | Herbslaw |
1 Tbsp | Sesame oil |
Directions
- Heat a large frying pan. Add the pork and fry over a high heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden.
- Drain off any fat, then stir in remaining ingredients.
- Divide among four bowls and serve with warm flat breads.
