Ingredients
2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
1 clove | Crushed garlic |
3 cups | Cavolo nero, finely sliced (Main) |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190 degC.
- Combine oil, seasoning and garlic.
- Place cavolo nero in a roasting pan and toss with oil.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until crisp, stirring once or twice.
