Avocado lends a thick creamy texture to smoothies and is a great way to get some healthy mono-unsaturated fats into your diet. Make sure your mango, kiwifruit and avocado are nicely ripe.
Ingredients
1 | Mango (Main) |
2 | Kiwifruit, green variety (Main) |
1 | Avocado |
1 cup | Water |
6 | Ice cubes |
½ cup | Mint leaves |
1 Tbsp | Liquid honey, or use 2 Tbsp if needed |
Directions
- Remove the skin from the kiwifruit, mango and avocado and place the flesh in a blender.
- Place the reamining ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add a little more water if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
