This dip is very moreish, yet good for you. Great served with crispy pita chips as nibbles with these other dips, or in a work lunchbox with leftover meat and salad. Or try warming up the hummus and serving with roast meat and vegetables for a Middle Eastern-inspired meal.
Ingredients
390 g | Chickpeas, canned, drained (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Tahini paste |
1 bunch | Coriander, roughly chopped |
1 clove | Garlic, chopped |
1 | Lemon, juice of |
3 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
Directions
- Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toasted or wamred pita breads or another bread of your choice.
