Ingredients
1 serving | Coconut yoghurt |
1 cup | Frozen raspberries (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Avocado |
1 handful | Spinach |
1 | Banana, ripe (Main) |
1 cup | Almond milk, Almond Breeze, unsweetened (Main) |
Directions
- Blend yoghurt, raspberries, avocado, spinach, banana and unsweetened Almond Breeze almond milk until smooth.
Vary it
Add cacao nibs to make it chocolately or, if you’re after a heath hit, mix in chia seeds, goji berries and pumpkins seeds. Your skin and mind will thank you for it.
