Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
12 | Baby potatoes, boiled (Main) |
2 sticks | Chorizo sausages, cut into 6 slices (Main) |
12 | Semi-dried tomatoes |
12 | Coriander leaves |
1 loaf | Ciabatta bread, made into croutons (Main) |
Directions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. Add the potatoes and toss until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan. Add the sliced chorizo to pan and toss until browned. Remove.
- Onto a skewer place a tomato, coriander leaf, potato, piece of chorizo and crouton.
- Repeat with the remainder until you have made 12. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
