Ingredients
| ½ tsp | Chilli flakes (Main) | 
| 1 kg | Starchy potatoes, peeled and chopped (Main) | 
| ½ cup | Parmesan cheese, finely grated | 
| ¼ cup | Rosemary leaves | 
| ¼ cup | Olive oil | 
| 1 to serve | Tomato sauce | 
| 1 to serve | Whole egg mayonnaise | 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 220 degC.
- Deglace the potato, chilli, cheese, rosemary and olive oil on a large baking tray and toss until well combined.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
- Serve with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
