Skewers
| 4 | Chicken thighs, sliced (Main) |
| 2 | Spring onions, cut into 3cm pieces |
| 8 | Bamboo skewers, soaked in water |
| 1 Tbsp | Sesame seeds, toasted |
Marinade
| 1 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | Sesame oil |
| 2 tsp | Rice wine vinegar |
| 2 cloves | Garlic, chopped |
Directions
- Mix together the chicken and marinade ingredients and set aside to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
 - Thread a slice of chicken and 2 pieces of spring onion at even intervals on a skewer and repeat with the rest.
 - These are best cooked over charcoal until caramelised and the chicken is cooked through. Alternatively, cook the skewers in a large pan at a medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through. This should take around 5 minutes. Enjoy.
