Mix together the chicken and marinade ingredients and set aside to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Thread a slice of chicken and 2 pieces of spring onion at even intervals on a skewer and repeat with the rest.
These are best cooked over charcoal until caramelised and the chicken is cooked through. Alternatively, cook the skewers in a large pan at a medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through. This should take around 5 minutes. Enjoy.
