After a night’s sleep, ditch the wake-up-coffee and go for chia seeds in yoghurt or this Bircher-style muesli.
Ingredients
½ cup | Water |
½ cup | Fruit juice, I used apricot nectar |
½ cup | Rolled oats |
2 Tbsp | Chia seeds |
Directions
In a small bowl stir together the water, fruit juice, oats, chia seeds and grated apple. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy with yoghurt and fruit of your choice and toasted nuts, if wished. The oat mixture can be stirred into a cup of yoghurt.
